FAQ 1: Shipping & Delivery

Question: How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?

Answer: We deliver nationwide via FastWay Couriers. Shipping is R100 for Gauteng and R150 for all other provinces. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over R1,000.

Our delivery timelines are:

•Order Cut-Off: 11:00 AM (SAST), Mon–Fri.

•Handling Time: 1–2 business days.

•Transit Time: 2–3 business days. You can expect your order at your door within 3–5 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery live.

FAQ 2: Returns & Refunds

Question: How do I return an item and get a refund?

Answer: At Trade Vib3, we want you to be 100% satisfied. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return:

•Email us at support@tradevib3.co.za or WhatsApp/Call +27 67 574 9649.

•Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions once approved.

Condition for returns:

•Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

•All parts, accessories, instructions, and tags must be included.

•Packaging must protect the item during transit.

Return shipping:

•Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Trade Vib3 will arrange FastWay collection at no cost to you.

•Change of mind: You are responsible for returning the item to:

Refunds:

•Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

•Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

•Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.

•No restocking fees are charged.

Non-returnable items:

Items with visible user damage, downloadable software or digital keys, and opened consumables (e.g., solder, thermal paste, batteries) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Inspection:

Items returned outside these conditions may be refused, and if so, they will be returned to you at your expense.

Question: What payment methods do you accept and is it secure?

Answer: We offer 100% secure payments through PayFast, South Africa's leading payment gateway. You can pay using:

•Credit & Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard.

•Instant EFT: Secure, real-time bank transfers from all major SA banks.

•Mobile Wallets: Zapper (Scan to Pay).

•Buy Now, Pay Later: Mobicred (Monthly installments).

•Security: All transactions are protected via SSL encryption. Trade Vib3 does not store your card or banking details; your data is processed directly and securely by PayFast.

FAQ 4: Order Tracking

Question: How can I track my order?

Answer: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number on the FastWay Couriers website to monitor your parcel's journey from our facility to your doorstep in real-time.

FAQ 5: Changing Delivery Details

Question: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Answer: If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address for you; however, 
please note that we are unable to make any changes once the parcel has been collected by the courier.

FAQ 7: Out-of-Stock Items & New Arrivals

Question: What happens if an item I want is out of stock?

Answer: Our inventory changes quickly! If an item is marked as out of stock, please feel free to reach out to us via WhatsApp or email. We can check with our suppliers to see if a restock is planned or if the item has been discontinued.

While we cannot always guarantee that an item will return to the shop, we are happy to suggest a similar alternative or notify you if we manage to secure more stock.

Question: Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Answer: No, you are welcome to checkout as a guest! Creating an account is completely optional, though it does allow you to save your delivery details for a faster checkout next time and easily view your order history. Whether you create an account or shop as a guest, you will still receive your tracking number via email or WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched.
